WHAT WE DO
Data Collection
Traffic analysis is based on counting vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists, and public transportation. Reliable counts must utilize the latest technology, including cameras, counting tubes, GPS, detectors, and drones, to achieve documented and accurate data collection for a more realistic analysis that results in more effective infrastructure.
TRANSIS conducts traffic counts using cameras and/or drones. This ensures the quality and verification of the counts, reducing human error.
Drones allow recording large intersections, especially roundabouts, and classifying all movements.
Larger projects often require surveys to determine people's origins and destinations. TRANSIS also has extensive experience in this type of data collection, both on public roads and inside public transportation buses, shopping centers, airports, hospitals and other locations.
